Galera Privacy Policy

Galera is a photo-cleanup app operated by independent developer Erkan Öztürk.

2. Data We Collect

Galera does not collect any data. The app has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. Your photos and personal information never leave your device.

The app does not request microphone, location, HealthKit, camera, or contacts access.

3. Photo Library Access

• Galera requests access to your photo library so you can review, organize, and delete your own photos.
• All photo analysis (detecting duplicates, blurry, dark, or low-quality images) is performed entirely on your device using Apple’s on-device frameworks.
• Your photos are never uploaded to us or to any third party.
• Deletions are performed by iOS through the system Photos confirmation; deleted items go to your “Recently Deleted” album and can be recovered there for a limited time.

4. On-Device Storage

Galera stores your preferences and progress (such as settings, streaks, and cleanup statistics) locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This information never leaves your device.

5. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. Galera does not receive or store your payment information.

6. Required-Reason APIs

In line with Apple’s requirements, Galera declares its use of certain APIs (your app preferences, file timestamps, and available disk space) solely to provide the app’s features on your device. These are not used for tracking.

7. Children’s Privacy

Galera does not collect data from anyone, including children. The app is rated 4+.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
