Galera Terms of Use

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Galera on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

2. The App

Galera helps you review and clean up your own photo library. You are solely responsible for deciding which photos to keep or delete.

Deletions are performed by iOS through the system Photos confirmation, and removed items are placed in your “Recently Deleted” album, where they can be recovered for a limited time before iOS permanently removes them. We are not responsible for any loss of photos resulting from your use of the app.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Galera is free to download with a daily free cleanup limit. Galera Pro is available as a weekly subscription, a yearly subscription (with a 3-day free trial), and a lifetime (one-time purchase).

Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or photos, arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
