VeyraTone Privacy Policy

This policy explains the privacy approach for the VeyraTone iOS app. VeyraTone v1 is designed to generate sound on device and does not include accounts, advertising, or tracking infrastructure.

VeyraTone is operated by Erkan Öztürk, an individual developer.

2. Personal Data Collected
VeyraTone v1 does not collect personal data. The app does not include account login, email login, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or third-party analytics SDKs.
The app does not request access to microphone, location, HealthKit, camera, or contacts.
3. Data Processed On Device
- Preset selection, favorites, saved mixes, timer settings, and app preferences may be stored locally on your device.
- Core binaural, isochronic, solfeggio, and noise tones are generated in real time on device.
- Offline ambient layers are played from the app bundle; the app does not record user audio.
4. Purchases
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by Apple App Store / StoreKit. VeyraTone does not see or store your payment card information.
Apple-provided transaction and entitlement information may be used inside the app to verify purchase status.
5. Data Sharing
VeyraTone v1 does not share personal data with third parties. No ad network, attribution network, or user tracking system is used.
6. Children's Privacy
VeyraTone is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Changes
If crash reporting, analytics, remote content, or account systems are added in the future, this policy will be updated and the App Store privacy disclosure will be revised accordingly.
