1. About the App

VeyraTone provides a sound-based experience for sleep support, focus support, relaxation, and tinnitus masking. It is not a medical device.

2. Medical Disclaimer

VeyraTone does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or medical condition. Consult your doctor or qualified health professional for health-related decisions.

Binaural or rhythmic audio may be uncomfortable for some users. Stop using the app if you feel discomfort.

3. Free and Pro Use

• The free version may include limited presets and limited session length.
• VeyraTone Pro may unlock all presets, unlimited timer, advanced mixer, and premium content.
• The feature set may vary by release version and App Store product configuration.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

VeyraTone Pro may be offered as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, free trial, or one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are the live, localized prices shown by the App Store.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel through your Apple ID / App Store account settings.

5. Content and Licenses

Core tones in the app are generated on device. Ambient layers are bundled only after license verification is complete.

You may not extract, redistribute, sell, or share app audio as separate files.

6. Responsible Use

Do not use VeyraTone while driving, performing tasks that require attention, or in situations where audio could prevent you from hearing your surroundings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided as is. No specific sleep, focus, relaxation, or health outcome is guaranteed.
