1. About the App

VeyraTone provides a sound-based experience for sleep support, focus support, relaxation, and tinnitus masking. It is not a medical device.

2. Medical Disclaimer

VeyraTone does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or medical condition. Consult your doctor or qualified health professional for health-related decisions.

Binaural or rhythmic audio may be uncomfortable for some users. Stop using the app if you feel discomfort.

3. Free and Pro Use

• The free version may include limited presets and limited session length.
• VeyraTone Pro may unlock all presets, unlimited timer, advanced mixer, and premium content.
• The feature set may vary by release version and App Store product configuration.

4. iOS — Subscriptions and Purchases

VeyraTone Pro may be offered as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, free trial, or one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are the live, localized prices shown by the App Store.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel through your Apple ID / App Store account settings.

5. Content and Licenses

Core tones in the app are generated on device. Ambient layers are bundled only after license verification is complete.

You may not extract, redistribute, sell, or share app audio as separate files.

6. Responsible Use

Do not use VeyraTone while driving, performing tasks that require attention, or in situations where audio could prevent you from hearing your surroundings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided as is. No specific sleep, focus, relaxation, or health outcome is guaranteed.

9. Android — Google Play use and purchase terms

VeyraTone is provided by Erkan Öztürk. Support: erozturk0381@gmail.com. This section applies to the Android version obtained through Google Play. Apple-related terms apply to iOS purchases.

VeyraTone offers audio tools for winding down, focus and relaxation. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Listen at a comfortable volume and stop if you feel discomfort. Binaural tones require stereo headphones. Do not use the app where reduced attention could be unsafe.

Free access includes 3 presets and sessions up to 20 minutes. Pro unlocks all presets, longer sessions and playback without a timer. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically; one-time lifetime access is not a subscription. “Lifetime” means access to VeyraTone Pro while the service is available, not a guarantee of uninterrupted service or access to other apps. Google Play shows current local pricing, taxes and billing periods before approval. This version has no free subscription trial.

Payments are processed through Google Play. Manage renewal or cancellation in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Google Play displays when a plan change takes effect and any payment impact. Uninstalling the app or deleting data does not cancel a subscription. Buying lifetime access does not automatically cancel an existing subscription; check existing subscriptions to avoid unnecessary overlapping payments.

Eligible purchases can be verified with the same Google Play account using Settings → Restore Purchases. Internet is required. There is no VeyraTone app account; iOS purchases do not automatically transfer to Android. Mixes stay on the device and may be lost when app data is cleared.
